Create a sample data into fluxdb via 2 python scripts 26.12.24

After a quick setup with fluxdb docker, I want to see my own test data.
Because the Web interface with its CSV and Line imports failed a lot because of type issues and interface, the stable way to see the data was with 2 python scripts enter.py and get.py what simply use command line outputs.
