How to save GPS coordinates in exif data on Android28.06.24

EXIF use fixed formats, so for the GPS Latitude and GPS Position
you need to deliver the DMS Degrees Minutes Seconds

```txt
GPS Latitude                    : 100 deg 19' 35.33" N
GPS Longitude                   : 13 deg 44' 43.05" E
GPS Position                    : 100 deg 19' 35.33" N, 13 deg 44' 43.05" E
```

instead of the Decimal Degrees (DD) add the DMS to the EXIF

```java
String dec2DMS(double coord) {
        coord = coord > 0 ? coord : -coord;  // -105.9876543 -> 105.9876543
        String sOut = Integer.toString((int)coord) + "/1,";   // 105/1,
        coord = (coord % 1) * 60;         // .987654321 * 60 = 59.259258
        sOut = sOut + Integer.toString((int)coord) + "/1,";   // 105/1,59/1,
        coord = (coord % 1) * 60000;             // .259258 * 60000 = 15555
        sOut = sOut + Integer.toString((int)coord) + "/1000";   // 105/1,59/1,15555/1000
        return sOut;
    }
double _lat = 15.84539259;
double _long = 100.32666065;
exif.setAttribute(ExifInterface.TAG_GPS_LATITUDE, dec2DMS(_long));
exif.setAttribute(ExifInterface.TAG_GPS_LONGITUDE, dec2DMS(_lat));
if (_lat> 0)
exif.setAttribute(ExifInterface.TAG_GPS_LATITUDE_REF, "N");
else
exif.setAttribute(ExifInterface.TAG_GPS_LATITUDE_REF, "S");
if (_long>0)
exif.setAttribute(ExifInterface.TAG_GPS_LONGITUDE_REF, "E");
else
exif.setAttribute(ExifInterface.TAG_GPS_LONGITUDE_REF, "W");
