GitHub Action script to automatically SVN publish a Wordpress plugin by tags26.09.25

GitHub Action script to automatically SVN publish a Wordpress plugin when in GitHub a new Tag is set. It checks if the WordPress tag exists, if not it will try to SVN publish the plugin.
